Customer Service Manager – Hardware Division
Location: West of Ireland (Santry, Dublin, and Lisburn, Co. Down.)

The Role
Lead and develop our Customer Service teams within the Hardware Division. You’ll ensure exceptional service across all channels, drive continuous improvement, and foster a positive, solution-focused team culture. This role combines leadership, process optimisation, and hands-on engagement with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Customer Service teams across multiple locations.
- Deliver excellent customer service, manage escalated issues, and build strong client relationships.
- Implement and improve service processes, systems, and procedures.
- Support Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Analyse customer feedback and operational data to inform improvements.
- Develop training programs and promote continuous learning within the team.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced leader (5+ years) with a track record in Customer Service management across multiple sites.
- Strong commercial acumen, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Emotionally intelligent, approachable, and able to motivate teams.
- Comfortable with travel, presentations, trade shows, and cross-functional collaboration.
