Distribution Specialist

A leading organisation is seeking a Distribution Specialist to support warehousing and distribution activities at a busy customer site in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or logistics experience who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.

• Record inventory movements using warehouse management systems (SAP or similar).

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain accurate inventory and distribution records.

• Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines within a regulated environment.

• Support materials handling, packaging activities, and warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Level 6 qualification or equivalent industry experience.

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.

• SAP or WMS experience is advantageous.

• Experience in a regulated industry (pharma, biotech, medical device, etc.) is beneficial.

• Forklift license is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
