Global CAPEX Category Manager

Packaging Industry | Hybrid | Competitive Package

A global leader in the packaging industry is seeking a Global CAPEX Category Manager to drive strategic procurement for capital investments across its international operations.

This role offers the opportunity to shape global sourcing strategies, lead major projects, and work closely with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for global CAPEX projects
• Develop and implement long-term category strategies
• Negotiate high-value contracts and manage supplier performance
• Ensure cost optimisation, risk management, and compliance
• Build strong internal relationships to support project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CAPEX procurement within a global manufacturing environment
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions
• Background in packaging, FMCG, or related sectors preferred
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
