Associate Director Global Procurement – FMCG
Location: Ireland | Global Corporate Office

A leading global FMCG company is expanding its global procurement team and is seeking an experienced Senior Global Procurement Manager to join its newly established corporate office in Ireland.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Director Global Procurement , this position will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic procurement processes for raw materials and packaging across the company’s global manufacturing network.

Key responsibilities include:
✔ Supplier Rationalisation – Streamlining direct material suppliers at both regional and global levels.
✔ New Product Development Support – Partnering with global product development teams to source materials for new product launches.
✔ Stakeholder Collaboration – Working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure supplier agreements align with cost and business objectives.

Experience & Skills Required

�� 8-10 years of global or regional procurement experience, ideally within FMCG .
�� Strong track record in strategic procurement for direct materials or packaging.
�� Degree qualified (preferred).
