A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a specialist division of a prestigious, globally renowned brand.

This is a high-impact role supporting a complex international client portfolio with annual billings in the region of $1bn. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will play a central role in overseeing contract governance, billing integrity, client account oversight and operational reporting across a sophisticated global business environment.

We are seeking a highly commercially astute credit management professional with senior-level experience, strong commercial acumen and the credibility to confidently operate at senior stakeholder level within a complex global environment. The ideal candidate will combine operational precision with strong relationship management capability, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex contractual frameworks, manage high-value client accounts and resolve multi-layered commercial matters.

This role will suit an individual who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, exercises discretion and professionalism, and is comfortable managing complexity at scale. The position offers a hybrid working environment based in Central London, alongside opportunities for international travel to engage directly with clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and governance of complex commercial agreements, ensuring accurate interpretation and application of contractual terms
  • Manage and oversee billing structures across a high-value international client portfolio, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance
  • Apply senior-level credit management expertise to monitor account performance, identify risk and support resolution of complex commercial matters
  • Act as a key point of contact for global clients, building trusted relationships and maintaining high standards of service delivery
  • Track contractual amendments, extensions and commercial changes, ensuring all operational and financial impacts are accurately captured
  • Provide clear reporting and insight to senior leadership on portfolio performance, commercial developments and operational metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement of internal systems and operational processes
  • Represent the organisation professionally in client interactions, including periodic international travel

Skills & Experience

  • Proven senior-level credit management experience within a complex commercial or asset-based environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-value client accounts and billing frameworks
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and apply complex contractual documentation
  • Experience working with sophisticated or niche leasing, asset-backed or structured commercial arrangements is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, solutions-focused approach to client management
  • Advanced Excel capability and strong overall IT proficiency
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
