We’re working with a fast-growing, design-led lifestyle and hospitality brand that’s reimagining how people live, stay and work in the city. With multiple London locations already open and more on the way, this is a business built around beautiful spaces, wellbeing, community and flexibility — and it’s scaling quickly.
They’re now hiring an exceptional Finance Manager to take ownership of the financial performance of their largest and most complex flagship site. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible, influential role at a pivotal growth moment — combining hands-on financial leadership with genuine commercial impact.
If you’re excited by fast-moving environments, multi-revenue operations and being right at the heart of a business — this role is for you.
You’ll be embedded in the operation, acting as a true business partner to on-site leadership and department heads across hospitality, food & beverage, wellness, retail and coworking.
You’ll take full ownership of the site’s financial performance — bringing clarity to complex numbers, supporting smarter decision-making and helping the business scale sustainably, without losing what makes it special.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and the central finance team, balancing detailed financial control with commercial insight and forward thinking.
