We are working with a fast growing, PE-backed Consultancy business who are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity; the role has full ownership of the finance function, managing an outsourced finance team and partnering closely with the CFO, Board, and senior stakeholders. The business has recently completed a finance team restructure and onshoring process and is now entering a high-growth execution phase.
This is a career-enhancing opportunity for a finalist or newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA professional looking for broad commercial exposure and progression and to be involved in some consulting.
Full ownership of finance outputs including P&L and balance sheet
Lead and manage outsourced finance team
Month-end close, Board reporting and commentary
Weekly cashflow forecasting and liquidity management
Budgeting, forecasting, and 3-year financial planning
KPI design and reporting for Executive team
Drive finance process improvement, automation, and cost efficiencies
Advanced Excel-based automation (Power Query / Power Pivot)
Stakeholder management: banks, investors, auditors, suppliers, overseas partners
Commercial partnering with Sales, Operations, HR, Legal and IT
Payroll oversight and HR finance support
Support audits and liaise with legal teams on litigation matters
CRM / ERP optimisation and reporting improvements
Ad-hoc commercial modelling and strategic projects
Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
Strong Excel and ERP systems experience
Proven cashflow management experience
Experience producing Board-level reporting
Confident managing and influencing stakeholders outside Finance
Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
High level of discretion and professionalism
Audit experience (internal or external)
Property or Property Management sector exposure
Power BI or advanced reporting tools experience
