A fabulous opportunity has arisen within a London-based, award-winning global app marketing agency specialising in helping mobile apps launch and scale through a mix of App Store optimisation (ASO), user acquisition campaigns, mobile consultancy and creative services.

Their lovely finance team is looking for an experience Finance Assistant/Executive to join their team. The role will require you to go into the central London office 1-2 days a week for collaborative working but will otherwise be home based.

Within this role you will play a key role in keeping day-to-day financial operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a detail-driven Finance Executive to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, credit cards and daily bank reconciliation.

What You’ll Do:

• Accounts Payable: Review and process supplier invoices daily, maintain accurate supplier records, manage twice-monthly payment runs and resolve any discrepancies or supplier queries.
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare and issue customer invoices, record incoming payments, keep customer accounts up to date and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Review, process and code employee expense claims
• Reconcile and categorise credit card transactions, ensuring all charges have proper supporting documentation
• Perform daily bank reconciliations to maintain real-time financial accuracy
• Update revenue forecasts when client invoices are issued
• Support month-end with UA commission calculations

What You’ll Bring:

• Bookkeeping or accounting experience with a strong focus on AP, AR and expense management
• Strong systems skills. Proficiency in Xero (preferable) and strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Clear, confident communication skills
• A proactive, independent working style and strong problem-solving ability
