A leading TV production company known for producing award winning factual and documentary programmes has a requirement for an experienced Production Accountant to join their busy team on a part time basis. Reporting into the Finance Director, this role will manage their own slate, whist also working collaboratively with the other Production Accountants, covering workload for each other as required.

This is a permanent part time role, (2-3 days per week or equivalent hours over 4/5 days), where you will be predominantly required to be in the office. You will be responsible for all production accounting requirements including cost management and reforecasting throughout the cycle of each production.

To be a suitable candidate you will need to possess the following:

• A solid track record in TV production accounting, is essential, including working knowledge of VAT, dealing with foreign currency and an understanding of the industry Guidelines;
• Experience with PMI is preferred, along with strong Excel skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Team player;
• Displays buckets of flexibility, initiative, problem solving and resourcefulness; 
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
