This is a great opportunity for an individual at the early stages of their career to gain that valuable experience within a busy Accounts Payable Team.

The business is one of the worlds leading producers and distributors or content across Entertainment, Drame &  Film, and documentaries and is renowned for bringing many much loved shows to our TV screens.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this position will be responsible for the administrative duties within the team with involvement in all aspects of the AP function. You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team, in a fast paced environment.

This is an entry level role and would suit an individual looking to take their first steps into Accounts/Finance.

To be a suitable candidate you will need to be have a can-do attitude who is willing to learn and take on responsibility as you settle into the role. You will be a real team player, with great communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a logical approach and enjoy seeing tasks through.

Responsibilities include:

  • Capture all incoming invoices on the system; liaising with the business units regarding any missing POs or supplier information
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Assist with preparing payment runs for approval
  • Ensure all supplier information is up to date and validate any new vendors to prevent any fraudulent activity
  • Resolution of any supplier related queries, liaising both internally & externally
  • Assist with month end duties including aged creditor reconciliations
  • Manage and maintain the AP mailbox

  • Great communication, verbal & written, with the confidence to interact with all levels of colleagues around the business
  • Great team player with fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable in your approach, with a can-do attitude
  • A willingness to learn
  • A genuine interest in TV/Film would be a benefit
