Following a healthy year and now experiencing business growth, there is now a need for a Campaign/Paid Social Account Manager to join their friendly team.
Due to the size of this agency, this is a dual role where you will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of the Agency’s mobile/app campaigns alongside managing the day-to-day client relationships. The position requires a motivated, enthusiastic, data-centric individual with at least 2-3 years experience in Paid Social/Campaign Account Management, preferably within Mobile/App but other digital will be considered. The Campaign management has a focus on the delivery of advertising within the mobile/app paid social environment (incl Meta, Snap, TikTok, Google) and you will need a proven track record of this.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be in the Central London offices 3 days a week
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage the day to day relationships with a number of clients, building trust and growing the accounts
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social advertising strategies across various platforms (Google, Meta, Snap, TikTok etc)
- Create and manage app focused paid social advertising campaigns, ensure full optimization to maximise client KPIs, including user acquisition, engagement and revenue generation
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and prepare regular reports for clients detailing insights, optimisations, and recommendations for improvements
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts; Strategize and implement initiatives to drive account & revenue growth
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, competitors and industry trends to implement into campaigns and help drive performance
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations and best practice in paid social advertising to provide insight for client campaigns
Candidate specifications:
- At least 2+ years proven experience within paid social campaign management, ideally within App or Mobile Marketing across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google
- Previous Agency Account Management experience, ideally within App/Mobile Marketing or similar digital agency
- Strong working knowledge of ad formats, targeting and optimisation techniques specific to each platform
- Confident, fluid communication skills and strong presentation ability
- Proficient in utilising campaign management and analytical tools
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building long standing client relationships, alongside being a collaborative team member
- Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret and present data, draw insights and make data driven decisions
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts
- Motivated, proactive, can-do mindset
- Passionate about digital and app marketing
