This is a fast paced and client facing role and requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent organisational and administrative skills.

To be a suitable candidate you will need to have previous experience of working as an assistant within a talent agency.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• First point of contact for all requests/offers of work for clients gaining all information required including dates, requirements etc
• Manage the admin for offers and contracts
• Make all arrangements to ensure client can carry the work, to include travel, itineraries, hotels etc
• Manage the Agents diary, prepare expenses etc
• Script reading and providing breakdowns
• Involvement with client castings
• Maintain contacts database
• Organise travel/itinerates etc for the agent
• Attend theatre/events and talent schools to seek out new talent

Candidate requirements:

• Previous relevant Agents Assistant experience (within talent management) is essential
• Highly organised and great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high profile clients
• Able to work efficiently and accurately in a busy, and often high pressure, environment
• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and a committed to get the job done
• Great team player
• A genuine interest in Theatre, Film & TV
