Job Description

A new opportunity has become available for a Qualified Dental Associate to join an established practice located in Epsom, Surrey.

This role begins as a 9-12 month maternity cover starting April 2027, with the strong pathway to transition into a permanent position, due to their growing private patient list.

About the role:

• Start Date: April 2027
  • Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (08:30 – 17:30)
  • UDA Rate: From £13.00+ per UDA (negotiable depending on experience/postgrad skills)
  • Target: Manageable daily pace of 20–30 UDAs/day (approx. 4,000–5,500 UDAs pro-rata across 4 days)
  • Private & Labs: 50% private split on high-demand cosmetic/aligner/restorative lists; 50/50 lab bills
  • Essential Requirement: Active English NHS Performer Number and unrestricted GDC registration 

Practice Overview & Equipment:
• Accreditation: Fully accredited Foundation Dental (FD) Training Practice
• Technology: In-house CBCT / Digital OPG, iTero Intraoral Scanner, Rotary Endo, digital X-rays
• Software: Fully computerized using SOE Exact
• Clinical Support: Experienced chairside qualified nurses, dedicated hygienist, and central decontamination
