We are looking for an Engineering Teacher who is ready to challenge convention, ignite passion, and help students understand the world around them. You’ll join a high-performing secondary school where innovation is encouraged, and curiosity is celebrated. This is to work in a 14-19 provision. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across KS4 and KS5 

  • Develop and adapt schemes of work to support curriculum objectives

  • Monitor and track student progress, using data to drive attainment

  • Promote a positive learning culture and high expectations of behaviour

  • Use practical and theoretical approaches to make science accessible and exciting

  • Participate in departmental planning, meetings, and CPD

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree.

  • Proven track record of raising attainment and engaging learners.

  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of current pedagogy.

  • Commitment to professional development and inclusive practice.
