Exciting Opportunity for an Science Teacher in Manchester!
We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking school in . This full-time, permanent position will commence in September 2026, providing the successful candidate the chance to make a real impact within the Science department.
To be considered for this role, you will hold a valid QTS and possess in-depth knowledge of the Science national curriculum. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster positive relationships within the school community. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Set clear learning objectives and assess student progress regularly to ensure high levels of achievement.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and mutual respect.
Differentiate teaching approaches to support students with varying abilities, needs, and backgrounds.
Use assessment data to inform planning, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/carers.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, clubs, or pastoral responsibilities.
Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders to share best practice and continually improve teaching and learning.
Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and professionalism in line with school policies and statutory guidance.
