This role offers the chance to shape the direction of a specialist 13–18 provision, with a strong focus on creative and digital media and well-established links to employers including the BBC, ITV and Sky.

Part of Aldridge Education, the UTC benefits from a wider network committed to equity, high standards, and professional growth. The Trust places strong emphasis on collaboration, coaching, and evidence-informed practice, with a clear expectation that leaders develop both people and systems to secure long-term success.

• Developing leadership capacity across the school
• Embedding effective use of data to inform decision-making and raise outcomes
• Ensuring a well-structured, relevant curriculum aligned to both student need and industry context

You will bring:

• A proven ability to lead and improve teams
• Strong understanding of teaching and learning
• A clear, data-informed approach to school improvement
