Job Description

We are working in partnership with a secondary school in Bradford to recruit a committed and proactive Office Administrator to join their office team on a temporary, full-time basis. Running for 3 weeks with the potential to be extended. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a thriving school environment.

The role will be working 8:45am-4:45pm per day, 5 days a week.

The Role:
As Admin Support Assistant, you will work closely with staff, students and families to provide a high standard of administrative and clerical support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling front office duties, including reception cover and managing enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate student data using Bromcom (experience desirable)
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
  • Processing communications, managing inboxes and updating records
  • Providing general administrative support to staff and leadership

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working in a busy school office or similar setting
  • First Aid trained
  • DBS on the update service
  • Confidence using MIS systems – Bromcom experience is advantageous
  • Excellent organisational, IT and communication skills
  • A friendly, professional and approachable manner
  • The ability to work efficiently, accurately and flexibly as part of a team
