An established education trust in Leeds is seeking a temporary HR Administrator to join their central team with an immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy HR function during a key period, providing essential administrative support and ensuring compliance processes remain robust and efficient.
You will work closely with the HR team to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly, accurately, and in line with safeguarding requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing contracts, offer letters, and contract variations
Coordinating safer recruitment checks and pre-employment documentation
Maintaining the Single Central Record and HR systems
Managing references, DBS tracking, and onboarding paperwork
Supporting absence recording and HR reporting
Providing general administrative support across the HR function
Experience in HR administration or a similar office-based role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident handling confidential information
Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office
Experience within education would be advantageous
