This well-established academy follows a US curriculum and is recognised across the UAE for its outstanding academic outcomes, exceptional facilities, and innovative use of educational technology. The Middle School plays a pivotal role in shaping students’ academic pathways and personal development, and this appointment represents a key leadership opportunity within the school.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Middle School, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care. You will inspire staff and students alike, driving academic excellence while fostering a positive, inclusive, and student-centred culture.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have substantial teaching and/or leadership experience within a secondary school setting

• Bring experience from a UK, US, or IB curriculum school

• Demonstrate strong instructional leadership with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and inspire staff and students

• Have a clear understanding of curriculum progression and assessment across the Middle School years

• Hold NPQ Senior Leadership (NPQSL), NPQ Headship (NPQH), or an equivalent internationally recognised leadership qualification

You will be a strategic thinker and confident communicator, committed to continuous school improvement and to nurturing both academic achievement and personal growth in every student.
