Start: ASAP |  We are recruiting compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming secondary SEND setting in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who genuinely want to make a difference to young people with complex needs.

You will be supporting students with PMLD, providing both learning support and personal care, while working closely with the class teacher and wider school team to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment. The role involves working with pupils who may have physical disabilities, medical needs and communication challenges, so a patient, empathetic and proactive approach is essential.

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school, care, community or personal settings)

• Confidence providing personal care

• A calm, resilient and supportive manner

• Ability to follow individual EHCPs and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

• Passion for helping students achieve their personal goals and feel valued every day
