Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Music/Drama lessons

  • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly

  • Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development

  • Create a supportive learning environment that promotes achievement

  • Engage in ongoing CPD and wider school initiatives

  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and safeguarding

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree.

  • Proven track record of raising attainment and engaging learners.

  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of current pedagogy.

  • Commitment to professional development and inclusive practice.
