We’re growing our team of dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils and teachers across Merseyside. Whether you’re an experienced TA or starting your journey in education, MAT Recruitment can connect you with schools where you’ll make a genuine difference.

The Role:

• Provide in-class support to pupils and teachers across all key stages.

• Deliver targeted interventions and small-group support.

• Help maintain positive behaviour and inclusion in the classroom.

• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A caring, patient and flexible approach.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
