MAT Recruitment is partnering with a leading multi-academy trust to appoint exceptional Virtual Teachers to deliver high-quality remote lessons across key stages in core subjects.

This is an exciting opportunity to teach in a fully online environment, working with students who attend schools within the trust’s network across the North West and West Yorkshire. You’ll deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that ensure outstanding progress, using your expertise to maintain the same rigour, standards, and impact as an in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live, interactive lessons in your subject specialism via the trust’s virtual learning platform.

• Plan, adapt, and assess learning to meet the needs of diverse cohorts.

• Maintain the highest expectations for progress, behaviour, and engagement.

• Work collaboratively with onsite teachers and trust leaders to ensure consistency and alignment with curriculum standards.

• Use assessment data to track pupil performance and inform intervention.

• Model professional excellence and uphold the trust’s vision for high-quality, inclusive education.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in their subject.

• Have a proven record of strong pupil outcomes and effective teaching practice.

• Be confident using online platforms and digital tools to enhance learning.

• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.

• Be reflective, adaptive, and committed to continuous improvement.
