You will oversee curriculum planning, teaching quality, staff development, and student outcomes within the Humanities faculty—ensuring your subject is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience in a subject leadership or TLR role preferred.
• Excellent subject knowledge and up-to-date curriculum awareness.
• The ability to drive high expectations and deliver results through effective leadership.
