We’re working in close partnership with a welcoming and well-structured secondary school in Bradford to recruit a permanent Cover Supervisor who can confidently manage classrooms and support learning across a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff

• Deliver pre-set work and maintain a positive, focused learning environment

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy

• Build rapport with students and support their learning where needed

• Uphold school values and contribute to a consistent and respectful culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people in a school or youth setting (preferred)

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• A calm, confident and professional approach

• Flexible, reliable, and committed to the full school day

• A genuine interest in education and pupil development
