Are you an experienced HLTA ready to take the next step in your school support career? We’re proud to be working on behalf of a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Bradford to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:
This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll play a key part in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading targeted interventions for individuals and small groups

• Covering lessons during teacher absence, including PPA and short-term cover

• Supporting curriculum delivery and assisting with planning and resource preparation

• Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to staff and relevant stakeholders

• Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to the pastoral care of students

• Collaborating closely with teaching and support teams to ensure consistent, high-quality provision

What We’re Looking For:

• Recognised HLTA status or equivalent qualification

• Proven experience working across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Confidence in leading learning and managing a classroom environment

• A strong understanding of SEN and inclusive education practices

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

• A flexible, professional and proactive approach
