We are working in partnership with a secondary school in Bradford to recruit a committed and proactive Admin Support Assistant to join their office team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a thriving school environment.
The Role:
As Admin Support Assistant, you will work closely with staff, students and families to provide a high standard of administrative and clerical support. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling front office duties, including reception cover and managing enquiries
Maintaining accurate student data using Bromcom (experience desirable)
Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
Processing communications, managing inboxes and updating records
Providing general administrative support to staff and leadership
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working in a busy school office or similar setting
Confidence using MIS systems – Bromcom experience is advantageous
Excellent organisational, IT and communication skills
A friendly, professional and approachable manner
The ability to work efficiently, accurately and flexibly as part of a team
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong working relationships with students, staff and families.
