Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor on behalf of a school committed to improving student behaviour and outcomes. This is a key role aimed at supporting a positive school environment where discipline and respect are central values. This is a permanent, full-time position beginning as soon as possilbe. 

As the Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for upholding the behaviour policy of the school, acting as a positive role model and supporting the pastoral welfare of the students. The role will focus on improving student behaviour through positive interventions and support. 

Key Requirements:

  • Support the class teachers and SLT with the management of classroom behaviour
  • Ensure behaviour policy is upheld 
  • Support students to make progress and remain on task
  • Work with parents and outside agencies to support a positive school environment for each student
