The Role

As Headteacher, you will:

• Provide strategic and inspiring leadership, raising aspirations and achieving exceptional outcomes.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop meaningful relationships with students, staff, families, and the local community.
• Ensure the school operates effectively and efficiently in partnership with the Local Governing Body and Bay Learning Trust.

About You

We are looking for a leader who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status with significant leadership experience.
• Has a proven track record of driving school improvement and raising standards.
• Is passionate about fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and equality.
• Demonstrates exceptional vision, communication skills, and resilience.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
