What We’re Looking For:
- Engagement: Ability to inspire and motivate learners, bringing creativity and innovation to the classroom.
- Supportive Nature: Passion for providing emotional and academic support to young people.
- Qualifications: Hold QTS/QTLS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Experience: Previous experience in a school setting, with secondary education experience being an advantage.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with alternative provision and supporting students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
- Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to address challenges effectively.
- Communication: Professional communication skills to engage with students and colleagues.

- Time Management: Ability to plan, deliver, and assess effectively.

You’ll work with a supportive team, including the Head of School, teachers, and support staff, as well as regional and national colleagues who collaborate across the group.
