Location: Stockport

What We’re Looking For:

  • Engagement: Ability to inspire and motivate learners, bringing creativity and innovation to the classroom.
  • Supportive Nature: Passion for providing emotional and academic support to young people.
  • Qualifications: Hold QTS/QTLS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school setting, with secondary education experience being an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with alternative provision and supporting students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to address challenges effectively.
  • Communication: Professional communication skills to engage with students and colleagues.
  • Values: Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
  • Time Management: Ability to plan, deliver, and assess effectively.

About the Role:

You’ll work with a supportive team, including the Head of School, teachers, and support staff, as well as regional and national colleagues who collaborate across the group. This role involves delivering tailored learning experiences, fostering personal development, and helping students achieve their potential in a compassionate and structured setting.
