Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis for the right person. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The role involves implementing behaviour management strategies and fostering a supportive environment to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct support to individuals with SEMH needs. - Implement behaviour management strategies to address challenging behaviours. - Utilize Team Teach techniques to ensure a safe and supportive environment. - Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to develop and implement individual behaviour plans. - Maintain accurate records of interventions and progress. - Support individuals in developing coping mechanisms and social skills.

Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience working with SEMH needs. - Certification in Team Teach. - Valid DBS check. - Strong behaviour management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
