Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Marketing and Events Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our properties, as well as planning and managing events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Experience in Frailcare/Retirement and Care facilites is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for property listings, including digital, print, and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of property events, client appreciation events, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and sales tools that highlight property features and benefits.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to adjust marketing strategies and increase property visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and marketing initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - preferred.
- Proven experience in property marketing and event management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
