The Opportunity:
They are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead their sales and marketing functions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, increase market awareness, and strengthen customer relationships across key sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting the Broadcast, Telecoms, and
- Electronics markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for the Managing Director.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities in complementary verticals that align with the
- Company’s capabilities and strategic goals.
Marketing Strategy:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and event participation.
- Work closely with technical teams to communicate value propositions effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes & marketing strategies.
- Industry experience in Broadcast, Telecoms, or Electronics is highly advantageous.
- A solid technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technology solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
