Role Overview:

Our client is hiring a remote Full-Stack Developer to help build modern, scalable web applications. This is a full-time role for South Africa-based candidates who are passionate about technology, clean code, and collaborative problem-solving.

You’ll be working with React, TypeScript, and Vite on the frontend, and .NET and microservices on the backend, deploying to a modern AWS cloud environment. Our ideal candidate has experience with REST APIs, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines, and is comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, and Vite.
• Build and maintain backend microservices using .NET and RESTful APIs.
• Design and manage databases in MS-SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Implement and maintain testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Playwright).
• Collaborate in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Work with cloud-based infrastructure (primarily AWS) for scalable deployment and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
