Job Description

Our client is looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic Lead Generator to support the sales team by identifying and qualifying potential customers.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at researching, cold calling, prospecting, and setting appointments for our sales executives.

This role is critical in helping grow our client’s customer base and build consistent sales pipeline momentum across their solutions: Unified Communications, Connectivity, IT Services, and Document Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential business leads through online research, directories, networking, and CRM data.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and determining fit for the company's services.
  • Schedule sales meetings between qualified leads and sales executives.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in the CRM (Qcontact).
  • Work closely with the Sales Support Administrator to track lead progress and follow-up cycles.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and meeting scheduling.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a telesales, lead generation, or outbound calling role.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence on the phone.
  • Good administrative and data capture skills.
  • Able to handle objections and stay motivated through repetitive tasks.
