Logic 360 Ltd is a Recruitment Business based in Roodepoort.

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our Client in the UK. 

Understanding the demands of this high volume and fast-paced desk, we are seeking an individual with high levels of energy, driven and self-motivated, organised and structured, with good written and spoken English to assist with all resourcing activities.
 
The candidate will be sourcing candidates for both immediate and ongoing client needs (based in the UK), ensuring that they are telephonically screened and compliant to work, whilst updating the database and always communicating with the Account managers.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Resourcing candidates for UK based vacant roles as briefed by the account managers based in the UK office, to include database and job site searches, advertising, and networking.
  • Overall maintenance of database candidate files ensuring all information is entered and updated on a regular basis.
  • Complete candidate compliance checks in line with company administrative and legislative requirements
  • Telephonically screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability to the clients’ roles.
  • Arranging candidate interviews with clients, briefing the candidates on all aspects of the job role.
  • Ad hoc projects and general administrative support as and when required.
  • Working towards and achieving agreed upon team and individual KPI’s and targets.
  • Meeting the clients’ standards and expectations
  • Working within agreed upon timeframes and deadlines.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working for a UK based company would be advantageous.
  • Experience in an outbound, telephonic environment.
  • Matric Certificate
  • Excellent Word, Excel and general computer skills.
  • Excellent English Telephonic skills and etiquette
  • Flexible, strong work ethic and committed to organisational goals and values.
  • Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Professional at all times
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude to life and the role
  • Computer literate and competent with Microsoft packages
  • Reliable transport to be able to work extended hours in line with the UK business hours (Monday to Friday; 9am to 18:30pm – season dependent)
