General Practitioner (Associate) – Maternity Leave Cover

Location: Cork City(2 Practice Locations)
Contract: Fixed Term – 6 Months
Start Date: Mid-August 2026
Sessions: Up to 10 sessions per week

The Opportunity

A well-established GP practice in Cork is seeking a General Practitioner (Associate) to provide maternity leave cover for a 6‑month fixed-term contract beginning mid-August.

The role offers up to 10 sessions per week, with sessions split across two nearby practice locations, providing a varied and engaging workload within a supportive primary care team.

Candidate Requirements

• Registered on the Irish Medical Council (IMC) – Specialist or General Division in General Practice
• Eligible to work in Ireland
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience in Irish general practice preferred
