Role responsibilities:

  • To identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements

    • Mapping potential candidates within new and existing clients

    • Name gathering of new candidates via candidate engagement calls

    • Interview prospective candidates

       

  • To provide support and service to internal delivery functions and departments 

    • Provide first line support for all Candidate enquiries

    • Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients receive a high-quality service at all times

    • Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates

 

  • To proactively track and continuously manage the journey of a candidate customer

    • Service existing candidates ('passive and active')

    • Actively map and build candidate lists in strategically important groups

    • Work with marketing to reach diverse groups

 

  • To fulfil Client briefs in a timely and professional manner

    • Monitor the effectiveness of each account ratios and delivery

    • Agree and produce service level agreements for all jobs including timeframes

 

Role requirements: 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Advanced questioning skills

  • Ability to influence and engage with all levels of candidates

  • Self-motivated

  • Highly organised with good attention to detail

  • Ability to use own initiative and work accurately to tight deadlines, and to prioritise.

  • Advanced skills in LinkedIn / job boards and other candidate portals

The Package:

  • Basic salary £30,000-£35,000 per annum

  • Bonus scheme

  • 25 days holiday
