Job Description

Benefits Advisor

HR Support is delighted to be partnering with a large, international law firm to recruit an ambitious Benefits Advisor for a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded business with a collaborative culture, hybrid working (2 days in the office), and beautifully located offices near Liverpool Street Station.

Known for its market-leading reputation, the organisation is committed to delivering exceptional service while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable working environment where employees can thrive and develop their careers.

Following an internal restructure and continued team growth, they are looking for a capable and knowledgeable Benefits Advisor to join the team. In this role, you will support the Benefits Manager and Head of Benefits, working closely with the wider HR team to support and enhance the employee benefits offering across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will already be working as a Benefits Advisor or Reward Advisor (with a strong emphasis and interest on the benefits side), and will have around 3–4 years’ experience in a busy, commercial, and ideally law firm environment. The team is also open to hearing from experienced Benefits Assistants or Coordinators who are ready to step up into an advisory role.

Applicants with benefits experience gained in a law firm or other professional services setting—such as accountancy, architecture, or management consultancy—will be particularly well suited. Experience using a benefits platform such as Darwin or Benifex, together with strong reporting and analytical skills, will be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration across the EMEA region.
  • Support the annual renewal process, including reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, monitor service levels, and support ongoing improvements.
  • Respond to and resolve complex employee benefits queries as an escalation point.
  • Produce benefits reporting and insights using Power BI and Benefits Platforms.
  • Develop strong working relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders.

If you are looking for your next opportunity in benefits within a respected global law firm, we would love to hear from you. Apply now or get in touch with John Bruce for a confidential discussion.
