Benefits Advisor

HR Support are excited to be working with this global professional services organisation, to help find them an ambitious Benefits Advisor to join them ASAP on a permanent basis. They offer hybrid working (2 days in the office) and are based in brand new offices right by Chelmsford Station.

Our client is a has a market-leading reputation and pride themselves on providing the highest quality of service to our clients while enabling their employees to achieve their utmost in a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable working environment.

Due to an internal restructure and the growth of the team, they are looking to hire a capable and knowledgeable Benefits Advisor/Analyst to join the team, reporting to the Benefits Manager for UK and EMEA, and supported by a Benefits Administrator.

What they are looking for is a Benefits Advisor or a Reward Advisor looking to focus on the Benefits side, with at least 3-4 years’ experience in a busy, commercial, and ideally international company. But they would also love to hear from experienced Benefits Assistants/Coordinators looking to make the step up to Advisor.

Ideal candidates will gained their Benefits experience in an accountancy practice or other professional services environment (law firm, architects, management consultancy), and have experience working with a benefits platform such as Benifex.

Key Responsibilities Include;

• Benefits Administration, supporting across EMEA
• Supporting the Annual Renewal Process and Reporting
• Vendor management, data analysis, and internal communications
• Acting as the escalation point for complex benefits queries
• Using Power BI and the Benifex to produce benefits reports
• Developing successful relationships with external vendors
