Our client, based in the West End has a vacancy for a DP Specialist.
They are ideally looking for a document specialist with a flair/interest in design to a high level who can support with pitches/presentations.
Hours can be slightly flexible ideally one of the following shifts.13:00-21:00, 14:00-22:00, 15:00-23:00 or 16:00-00:00
They require a Document Specialist to provide first-class document production support for all groups within the firm including matrimonial, private client, corporate, property and litigation.
The role would suit a professional, reliable, efficient and highly organised individual, with excellent communication skills together with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. The individual should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team with excellent MS suite skills.
Whilst they recruit DP operators as broad, all‑round document professionals, the team works across three recognised areas of specialism: Core, Technical and Design. All team members must maintain a solid foundation in core DP tasks; however, this role is designated as a Design Specialist, with expertise demonstrated through high-level PowerPoint and Word capability and a strong design-led approach. This structure allows the team to deliver consistently high‑quality work while supporting professional development and knowledge‑sharing across the group.
Previous legal DP and Powerpoint experience is essential. This is a remote role but they would ideally like the person in the office once a month.
