HR Advisor/Junior HRBP

If you’re a career minded HR professional with experience working in the legal sector, then this new role could be the perfect next step, or “step-up” for you!

HR Support are excited to be working with this dynamic and forward thinking mid-sized Law Firm to find them a HR Advisor to support one of their senior HRBPs.  This would give you the opportunity to move away from the centralised HR Ops type role, and start getting involved in the strategic side of HR Business Partnering, under the guidance of an experienced HRBP.

Duties include;

  • Act as the first point of call for queries on HR issues and advice across the business group

  • Provide support to the HRBP with absence management including follow ups and producing/analysing reports

  • Support the HRBP with disciplinary, grievance and performance related issues

  • Utilise your knowledge of employment legislation in day-to-day practice while proactively keeping up to date with any changes in the law

  • Conduct exit interviews and report/analyse the data, offering insights and suggestions

  • Manage the probation process for all new joiners - lawyers and business support staff
