Our client, a global city law firm, has a vacancy for an experienced PA on their Shipping and Yachting team.

The role is working at Partner level and is a transactional role. 

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of iManage, Intapp Open, InterAction CMS, Chrome River, and Elite 3E systems.
Shipping experience is not necessary.
Corporate experience.
Good City law firm experience.

Hybrid Policy: The firms hybrid working policy is a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH. The successful candidates should attend the office 5 days per week for the first few weeks.

They are looking for a reliable, professional and team focussed candidate who has strong client skills and experience within a similar role. 

Salary range: £41,000 – £46,500, depending on experience.
