Job Description
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and highly organised individual to join a friendly administrative team at a reputable London based law firm.

You will work closely with the fee earners, delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced setting. You will be supported and trained by experienced Paralegals to help you reach the high standards expected in this role.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Diary management and scheduling
- Client liaison, including arranging meetings and drafting email correspondence for review
- Monitoring inboxes and ensuring timely action of all communications
- Managing deadlines and reminders
- Preparing cost estimates for review
- Drafting client letters and emails
- Following up with fee earners and reporting to clients
- Preparing and sending standard client reports
- Reviewing and raising invoices
- Entering billable time into internal systems
- Finalising and issuing invoices
- Preparing reports and status updates
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent academics with a minimum of 6-12 months professional service administration or secretarial experience.
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills and a professional approach to client interactions
- Familiar with electronic records and billing systems
