Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new IP Litigation Paralegal.

This will be a permanent role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Intellectual Property team with administrative and legal tasks, and handling assigned projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and filing court briefs and managing hearing logistics.
  • Preparing bundles and pre-trial documents.
  • Managing document production processes, reviews, and platforms.
  • Managing externally received materials, hard copies and electronic.
  • Managing cases.
  • Researching patents, life sciences, and technology.
  • Analysing documents, checking cites for proper formatting and content.
  • Interacting and communicating with external personnel.
  • Assisting with compiling materials for BD and marketing.

The firm are offering a highly competitive salary & benefits package, and 4:1 hybrid working arrangements are in place.

Suitable candidates will have gained previous IP litigation and patent litigation experience, knowledge of the High Court and Civil Procedure Rules, and have exemplary attention to detail, communication, and organisation skills.

Demonstrated understanding of court procedures, knowledge of patent office websites, and e-bundling platforms, is highly desired.
