We are seeking an experienced Workplace Services Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of core workplace operations for this London based Law Firm. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational oversight, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to manage multiple service lines, suppliers, and projects.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in facilities, Health & Safety and workplace services leadership, with the confidence to drive high standards and support business-critical initiatives including transformation projects and workplace enhancements.
Key experience required:
Proven experience in workplace, facilities, health & safety within the legal industry is required.
Strong track record managing both in-house teams and outsourced service providers
Experience overseeing services such as mailroom, reprographics, records management, and floor support
Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
Solid knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and business continuity (IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent)
Experience supporting workplace projects
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
