An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Client Host to join a top tier UK law firm based in the city. The successful individual will be joining a successful team and will be the first point of contact for clients and other members of the public visiting the office.
Daily duties will include meeting and greeting clients and visitors, announcing client/visitor arrival to meeting hosts, setting up meeting rooms, booking meeting rooms using in house software as ensuring all health and safety and security policies and standards are followed.
The following shift pattern is in place on a rota basis:
Candidates will have previously performed similar front of house/receptionist duties, ideally in the legal or professional services sector. First class communication and organisational skills are paramount coupled with a strong customer service focus. Applicants will need to demonstrate strong client relationship skills and be able to interact over the phone and face to face with external clients.
