Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Recruitment Assistant.

This is an initial contract role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team for at least 3-6 months, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to join the London office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for the London office.
  • Supporting the wider team with marketing channels such as job boards and social media.
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and organising logistics of interviews.
  • Updating and maintaining candidate records in the database.
  • Providing updates and feedback to candidates.
  • Identifying ways to improve recruitment processes.
  • Collaborating with HR team members on projects, as necessary.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and best practice for talent acquisition.
