Kinetic are working with a global Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Therapeutic Area Manager – Oncology for their team in Germany.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans.
• Build relationships with hospital specialists, oncologists and other key healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
• Provide product support and respond to customer queries.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts and market opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing and Market Access teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• At least 2 years’ recent experience in breast cancer.
• Previous field-based sales experience within oncology or haematology.
• Strong clinical understanding of oncology and the breast cancer treatment landscape.
• Knowledge of local reimbursement processes and market access.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Native or business-fluent German and strong English.
• Able to travel extensively across Germany (at least 75%).
