A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Customer Service Representative for their Jeddah office.

Due to Nationalization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Manage customer orders, shipments, invoices, pricing and product availability.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics and follow up on delivery requirements.
• Provide after-sales support, including returns, replacements, spare parts and claims.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams on customer set-up, billing, logistics and account issues.
• Support sales activities and customer events.
• Process returns, credit and debit notes.
• Monitor blocked accounts and coordinate with Credit Control to resolve shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Due to Nationalization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
• Experience with order management, logistics or after-sales support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
